Starting Friday, November 1st, the Fowl Play Weight Loss Challenge will begin with our starting weigh-ins.
Here at the Butterball Boot Camp. your commanding officers will be issuing orders to complete daily challenges and to lose your Holiday Five by the time the holiday seasons gets rolling. They also challenge you to participate in the other challenges as a means to lose those extra pounds.
Check this thread everyday for the fun daily challenge and track your fitness, nutrition and hydration progress as a way to keep you on track to lose weight. The more active we are, the more we will be motivated to lose our Holiday Five.
